Bobby

Duane Mellor has been a dedicated leader in outreach and community service for over 27 years. Holding a Master of Divinity from Knox Theological Seminary, he serves as the Outreach Coordinator at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church (CRPC), where his commitment to spreading the Gospel has made a lasting impact.
As the Founder and Outreach Director of HomesUnited Ministries, Duane leads efforts to support the homeless and vulnerable. Under his leadership, HomesUnited has developed feeding programs, housing initiatives, and internship opportunities, serving over 439 clients since September 2019. The organization has been recognized with the Landlord of the Year award from Taskforce and is a trusted provider for BBHC, furthering its mission to provide critical housing and support services.

Trey Miller III is a seasoned attorney with nearly two decades of experience practicing law in Florida. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, Trey was admitted to the Florida Bar on December 19, 2005. He is a member in good standing and has maintained a spotless disciplinary record throughout his career.
Trey is a key figure at the Law Office of Miller and Miller, P.A., based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His firm is dedicated to providing legal counsel and advocacy across various practice areas. With a strong foundation in criminal justice and a deep commitment to social impact, I have dedicated over a decade to supporting homeless initiatives. Holding a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University, I have developed expertise in housing management, transportation services, and client support.
As a current Housing Manager, Director of Transportation Services, and Client Services Director, I lead efforts to ensure individuals in need receive essential resources and opportunities for stability. My passion for advocacy and community service drives my work, and I take great pride in making a difference in the lives of others.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I value family and have one sibling. I find purpose and fulfillment in the work I do, striving to create lasting, positive change.

Karen Tulloch is an experienced Case Manager and Care Coordinator based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. With over two decades of expertise in social services, she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals in need through case management, behavioral health services, and housing initiatives.
Karen has worked at Henderson Behavioral Health, where she provided mental health support and case management for individuals facing behavioral health challenges. She also serves as a Case Manager at HomesUnited, an organization committed to assisting the homeless and vulnerable populations. Her work focuses on coordinating services, developing care plans, and ensuring individuals receive the necessary resources to improve their quality of life.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University, an Associate’s Degree from Broward College, and additional training in therapeutic massage from Florida College of Natural Health-Miami. Her diverse background in social work, counseling, and behavioral health has made her a valuable advocate for individuals in need.

Bobby Dukes is a seasoned IT and digital systems professional with over three decades of experience supporting nonprofits and small businesses. As the founder of HelpUnetwork, Bobby specializes in delivering integrated IT solutions—including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, cloud architecture, website development, and data analytics—to empower organizations with secure and scalable technology infrastructures.
Bobby’s diverse expertise spans cloud services (Azure, AWS), UI/UX design, social media strategy, and cybersecurity best practices. He holds multiple IT certifications and technical training credentials, which are detailed at helpunetwork.live. His work consistently aligns with his mission to simplify technology and make it more accessible for nonprofit organizations.
With a deep-rooted commitment to nonprofit innovation, Bobby has also led strategic initiatives to reduce technology costs across nonprofit IT departments. Over the past three decades, he has partnered with platforms such as Microsoft, Google Workspace, WordPress, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to bring enterprise-level tools to grassroots missions. By actively exploring, enrolling, and deploying these solutions in live nonprofit environments, Bobby has helped organizations unlock access to world-class technology—often at dramatically reduced or zero cost. His guidance has successfully lowered IT expenses for multiple organizations by securing nonprofit licensing, benefits, and cloud infrastructure grants.
Beyond his technical roles, Bobby is a committed community advocate and faith-based leader. He is an active member of Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church, where he serves as a Certified Trainer for Evangelism Explosion (EE)—equipping others to share their faith confidently and effectively. He is currently completing certification as a WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) Facilitator and Certified Peer Specialist, and holds certificates from the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) in HIPAA Compliance and Security Awareness.
In his nonprofit service work, Bobby works closely with Shelters surrounding Volusia County, The Salvation Army and Daytona Beach Health & Rehab, providing housing support to individuals in critical need. Through these collaborations, he plays a key role in connecting underserved populations to sustainable shelter and life-stabilizing resources.
